Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
